I am a jack of all trades, and master of few. I'm a presentation surgeon and information visualisation trainer. I'm also a facilitator and people person.  I started writing here to share my experiences of a year in Canada, and my outdoor life.  I'm a writer, occasional photographer and general lover of both outdoorsy stuff and bookish pursuits.  I'm a fan of cake, tea, mountains and the sea.  All or none of these things may appear from time to time on the blog.
